How to Buy

Hello, this is our “How to Buy” section which we hope will help you to purchase from us at and we have tried to make this as simple and safe as possible. You are welcome to browse our products and we hope you find the item you are looking for.

Once you have viewed the product warehouse and are happy with your product, you can increase or decrease the quantities by using the plus or minus:


Once you have selected the quantity to order, press the:

You will now be directed to the main Cart page where you will have Two Options;

Check the item you have ordered is correct, the quantities are correct, if not correct any errors or make any amendments.  Then click on either the :


to add more products into your shopping cart.

Once you are happy to proceed with your order, press:

If you have any Trade Coupons enter the Coupon reference alongside the:

This will register the coupon at the checkout.

At the Checkout page, you will be asked to complete the Billing and Shipping Address if different from Billing.  You will also be able to check the items in your Cart are correct.  The site will now ask you if you have an account, this will enable you to register with the site.

You will also have the option to add key references or additional notes for your order in the Order Notes Section

All payments are made via SagePay using a credit/debit card.  To proceed to the SagePay press the:

You will then be transferred to SagePay direct payment site.  This is a secured site and you will need to follow SagePay site directions for payment processing. Please view SagePay Security and Privacy policy as Winkhaus cannot accept any liability.  

Once payment has been received you will receive an automated email from SagePay acknowledging your payment.  SagePay will automatically re-direct you back to WinkhausDirect to complete your order.

WinkhausDirect will email confirmation of your order being received, processed and despatched. Please note, this is a manual process and will be within our office hours.

Whilst our website is live 24 hours a day, order processing will be Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.

If your order is received before 3.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 12.00 pm Friday we aim to despatch your order the next working business day with the exceptionion of key orders or other small light items where specified.  For further information please view our How we Deliver Page.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.  Please note Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is not a next day guaranteed service and packages can take up to 3 working days to arrive.  For more information please view our How we Deliver page.

Your order will be despatched with a WinkhausDirect delivery note.  Copies of invoices can be provided upon request, please use our Contact Us section.
